DAY 01: ARRIVE AND EXPLORE THE KATHMANDU VALLEY

Upon arrival in Kathmandu airport, greeted with a warm welcome by our friendly personnel. You will be assisted at the airport and transferred to your hotel for check in and overnight stay.

With Mount Everest straddling its border, rare one-horned rhino roaming its jungles and pagodas studding its valleys, the tiny mountain kingdom of Nepal has an almost mythical quality. You don’t have to be an elite mountaineer to visit this place, there are a wide variety of activities and splendid things to see beyond the mountains such as Scenic Valleys, Forests, Lakes, Caves, Temples, Monasteries and Palaces that offer jaw-dropping sights! Each of these beautiful place stand out in its own unique way.

Overnight stay in Kathmandu at hotel of your choice.

DAY 02: TRAVEL TO CHITWAN (170KM / APPROX. 5HOURS) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast depart for The Royal Chitwan National Park, which is one of the premier drawcards in Nepal. This World Heritage Reserve protects more than 932sq km of forests, marshland and grassland containing sizeable animal populations, making it one of the Best National Parks for viewing Wildlife in Asia. You'll have an excellent chance of spotting the One-Horned Rhinos, Deer, Monkeys, Crocodiles and some of the more than 500 species of birds. If you’re lucky, you may spot a Leopard, Wild Elephant or Sloth Bear and the majestic Royal Bengal Tiger. Elephant Safari here is one of the main attractions of this park. Compared to the cost of safaris worldwide, Chitwan is one of the cheapest. The park used to serve as the Hunting Ground for the Royals of Nepal. Hundreds of tigers, leopards, and rhinos were hunted down during till it was converted to a preserved park in 1973.

Upon arrival check into resort followed by lunch and a briefing on the activities.

A tour guide will take you on a walk to the ethnic Tharu Cultural Village where you can observe their unique culture, architecture, language, lifestyle and the famous Mithila paintings.

Thereafter, you will go the visitor’s center, located in the bank of the Bhudi Rapti River. Here you can learn about the wildlife, history and essence of the park. From here you can enjoy an Exotic Sunset from the Rapti River.

Just before dinner you will be entertained to a Authentic Tharu Cultural Show also known as the Stick Dance. Young village folks will perform traditional folk songs and dances for you wearing their ethnic costumes. You may join in the dancing yourself, and enjoy a rewarding meal after the program.

DAY 03: FULLDAY WILDLIFE SAFARI IN CHITWAN (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After early breakfast depart on a Canoe Ride on the Rapti River. The experience of the canoeing in this river can be both a peaceful and a thrilling experience. During the slow ride in a traditional hand rowed canoe, you will get a Breathtaking view of the National Park and its various wildlife.

Bird lovers will be pleased to spot Different species of Birds like the Egret, Cormorant, Pond Heron and Open Billed Stork. However, the Most Thrilling Part of the Canoe Ride is the opportunity to see the popular Marsha Mugger and Ghariyal Crocodiles in theirs' natural habitation. As the critical endangered Gharial is only found in the northern part of the Indian Subcontinent, you are certainly not going to regret its sighting.

Thereafter proceed on a Guided Nature Walk. Our Nature Guide will take you for a walk through the dense forest around the natural habitat of the wild animals with birds chirping. They share their extensive knowledge with you and take you to prime spots in quest of rear and endemic species. Be on the look out for the great one-horned rhinoceros, wild boar, sloth bear, bison, gangetic dolphins, gharial crocodile and Royal Bengal Tiger. This is the Only National Park in the World that allows Jungle Walk in the core area of the Park. Jungle trekking here also unveils the many various rare flora and fauna.

Next seated high on the back of a trained elephant proceed on a Elephant Safari, exploring the grassland and core area of the park. Nepal is also again probably the only country in the world where jungle safari is carried out in elephant rides.

Meals and overnight stay is provided at the Lodge.

DAY 04: TRAVEL TO POKHARA (160KM / APPROX. 6HOURS) | BOATRIDE IN PHEWA LAKE (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast depart for Pokhara Valley which is One of the Most Picturesque spot of Nepal. The beauty of Pokhara is enhanced by its lovely lakes, which have their source in the glacial region of the Annapurna range of the Himalayas. Pokhara is also the only place in the world to provide dramatic views in a sub-tropical setting. Machapuchre Mountain, for example, is only 28km from Phewa Lake and not a single mountain range intervenes between the two. As The gateway to the Himalayas, Pokhara, with snow-capped mountain views is also famous for boating, trekking, rafting and extreme sports like rafting, canoeing and bungee jumping.

Enroute stop for lunch at a highway restaurant. Upon arrival check into hotel of your choice.

Later proceed for a Boat ride on the lake. Though perfectly picturesque to walk or cycle around, nothing quite compares to a Scenic Boat Ride on the lake against Snow Capped Mountains, undoubtedly the best way to fully appreciate its natural beauty. Whilst the ‘Lakeside’ shores to the east are built up with cafés and hotels, your ride on a traditionally painted wooden rowboat will head west. Here, Lakeside’s houses and restaurants are replaced by the untouched, thick Rani Ban Forest, Mirror-like Waters and the Annapurna Mountains in the background. The boat trip will take you to Tal Barahi Temple, an important religious monument located on an island at the centre of the lake. You will also enjoy breath-taking views of mount Machhapuchhre and other mountain peaks of the Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges.

DAY 05: HIKE SARANGKOT FOR ANAPURNA SUNRISE | DISCOVERY TOUR OF POKHARA (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

Wake up early in the morning for a short hiking trip to Sarangkot Hill (5200ft / 1600 m). Immerse yourself into Nepal's incredible nature and watch the Breath-taking mountain Scenery as the Sun Rises over the Himalayas. Marvel at the spectacular panoramic views of the Himalayas. This viewpoint offers magnificent vistas of Annapurna and other mountains such as Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Manaslu and Gangapurna. Well worth the hike! Thereafter, you'll head back to Pokhara, for breakfast.

Proceed on a Discovery Tour of Pokhara First visit the the Brilliant-White World Peace Pagoda, a massive Buddhist Stupa which was constructed by Japanese Monks. The shrine is also a vantage point offering spectacular views of the Annapurna range and Pokhara City.

Visit a Tibetan Refugee Settlement. Here you can get a full portrait of the lives of Tibetan refugees. Around 100 Tibetan families live inside this settlement which has a Buddhist monastery, School and a Carpet factory. Most families are engaged in small businesses.

Thereafter proceed to Davis Waterfalls. An interesting note about the waterfall is that it runs down some rocks before disappearing into an underground tunnel leading to a cave.

Next visit the Gupteshwor Mahadev Cave, A sacred Cave under a Waterfall It is rumored to be the longest and most attractive cave in South Asia.

Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

DAY 06: RETURN TO KATHMANDU (200KM / APPROX. 7HRS) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast depart back to Kathmandu.

Enroute stop for lunch at a highway restaurant. Upon arrival check into hotel of your choice. Rest of the day free to explore Kathmandu on your own.

Evening transferred for a Traditional Nepalese Cultural Dance Show with dinner. Witness the most authentic Nepali culture along with mouth-watering Nepali cuisine in a renowned restaurant

Return to hotel for overnight stay.

DAY 07: EXPLORE KATHMANDU AND PROCEED TO NAGARKOT (30KM APPROX: 1.5 HOURS) (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner)

After breakfast proceed to Kathmandu Durbar Square, site of the Hanuman Dhoka Palace, which was the Royal Nepalese residence until the 19th century and where important ceremonies, such as the coronation of the Nepalese monarch took place. This is one of the 3 Durbar Squares in Kathmandu, all of which are UNESCO World Heritage Sites.

Thereafter visit the house of the Living Goddess of Nepal. The Kumari is the only living goddess worshiped by both Hindus and Buddhists. The literal meaning of Kumari is Virgin. The Kumaris are young pre-pubescent girls who receive the power of Goddess Kali and Taleju.

Later transferred to Pasupatinath Temple. This temple is one of the most important pilgrim site for Hindus worldwide. According to the Hindu religion, Pashupatinath is considered as the protector of the universe and the patron deity of Nepali people.

Next explore the Bouddhanath Stupa which is semicircle shaped and contains the relics and remains of Buddha. The Stupa's massive mandala makes it One of the Largest Spherical Stupas in the World. Boudha Stupa was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO and is one of the most popular tourist sites in Kathmandu.

Thereafter drive to Nagarkot located 35km from Kathmandu at an altitude of 2,175m. Nagarkot is known as the Himalayan Village on Top of The World. This place used to be the nature retreat of the royals with its unobstructed mountain panorama, which extends from Annapurna in the west to Everest in the east.

Upon arrival check into the hotel of your choice.

After freshening up proceed to the viewpoint for an Amazing Unobstructed Sunset View If you are someone who keeps chasing sunsets and sunrise, the charming town of Nagarkot is the place to be.

Return to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 08: RETURN TO KATHMANDU | TOUR BHAKTAPUR DURBAR SQUARE | DEPART (Breakfast)

Rise early in the morning to View the first light of the day on the Himalayas from Nagarkot. After breakfast at hotel free to explore Nagarkot.

Depending on your flight timings or onward plans proceed to Kathmandu.

Enroute visit Bhaktapur Durbar Square. This is the royal palace of the old Bhaktapur Kingdom, 1,400m above sea level. This place is also known as, a museum of medieval art and architecture with many examples of sculpture, woodcarving and colossal pagoda temples consecrated to different gods and goddesses

Free to explore Kathmandu or proceed for shopping in Thamel Market before departing for airport for onward journey.
