DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 01: ARRIVE NEW DELHI
Namaste & welcome to the capital of India, New Delhi. Just a century ago, the British moved the seat of their empire from Kolkata to Delhi and it has been the Capital of India ever since. With its rich history that goes back many centuries, Delhi showcases an ancient culture. Being the Seat of many Powerful Empires in the past we can trace this today from its many carefully-preserved monuments, ancient forts and tombs. The city is as old as the epic Mahabharata. This town was known as Indraprastha, where the Pandavas used to live.
You will be met and assisted upon arrival by our representative with a Traditional Welcome. After a short briefing you will be transferred to your hotel of choice for overnight stay.
It is said that 'Every Tourist of the World must visit the Taj Mahal at least once in a lifetime'
DAY 02: PROCEED TO AGRA 220KM/4HRS > TAJ MAHAL > EXPLORE AGRA (B, L, D)
After early breakfast drive to Agra a city on the banks of the Yamuna river. Famous for its Mughal architecture and for being home to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, the Taj Mahal - a monument of incredible elegance and architectural perfection.
Visit the Taj Mahal, The Monument of Love. An immense mausoleum of white marble, built in Agra between 1631 and 1648 by order of the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his favorite wife, the Taj Mahal is the jewel of Muslim art in India and one of the universally admired masterpieces of the world's heritage. A UNESCO World Heritage Site One of the Seven Wonders of the World and surely the most extravagant expression of love ever created. 20,000 men labored for over 17 years to build this memorial to Shah Jahan's beloved wife.
After lunch drive past the Agra Fort, the main residence of the Mughals. The fort was built by one of the greatest Mughal Emperor Akbar in the year 1573. It took more than 4000 workers and eight years of hardship to complete the fort. A UNESCO World Heritage Site this powerful fortress of red sandstone is about 2.5 km northwest of its more famous sister monument, the Taj Mahal. It is rumored that Shah Jahan died in a tower here with a marble balcony with a view of the Taj Mahal.
Thereafter return to Delhi.

DAY 03: EXPLORE OLD & NEW DELHI > BAZAAR SHOPPING (B)
After breakfast depart on a Discovery Tour of Delhi. Places covered include the Rajghat, India Gate, the Parliament and Secretariat buildings, Bahai Lotus Shaped Temple. Photo stop view of Qutub Minar-the highest stone tower in India.
Evening proceed for Bazaar Shopping. Delhi is a fantastic place to shop. There's an astounding array of wonderful stuff : handicrafts, textiles, clothing, carpets, jewellery and a kaleidoscope of saris. The Bazaar's in Delhi estimate to have some 25,000 people within its confines at any given time and also attracts many foreign tourists. It is known as a place with the lowest prices.

DAY 04: FREE DAY IN DELHI | DEPART (B)
After breakfast free for personal activities.
Thereafter transferred to airport for your onward journey.

Karol Bagh, a shopper's delight for everyone where you can find virtually everything here. Ajmal Khan Road has long been famous for inexpensive ready-mades, cotton yarn and embroidered garments. Now international labels have also become equally familiar.
Sarojini Nagar One of Delhi's biggest and most important markets and a destination for everyone who's out on a hunt for trendy clothes at killer prices. From stylish clothes to designer bags to fashionable jewellery, Sarojini Nagar never disappoints. And of course, what's thrift shopping without a healthy dose of bargaining. It's all part of the charm, right!
Delhi Haat It provides the ambience of a traditional Rural Haat or village market, but one suited for more contemporary needs. Here one sees a synthesis of crafts, food and cultural activity.
Connaught Place The down town area, filled with vintage shops and the new brands shop of millennial era, few renowned streets like ‘’ The Street Shopper’s Paradise – Janpath, The Endless Underground Flea Market - Palika Bazaar, are the places for the shopping buzzers.
