DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 01: ARRIVE HANOI > CITY TOUR (OVERNIGHT HANOI) (L, D)
Upon arrival in Hanoi International airport, the appointed tour guide will welcome guests at Noi Bai international airport then have lunch at local restaurant.
Proceed for Hanoi City Tour covering Tran Quoc Pagoda,Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum at Ba Dinh Square, Hanoi Old City Gate, Hoan Kiem Lake, St. Joseph Catedral, Hanoi Opera House, and Hanoi Old Quarter.
After the city tour, we will proceed to have dinner at a local restaurant and enjoy authentic Vietnam cuisine.
Transfer to hotel for check in and overnight stay in Hanoi.
DAY 02: HANOI > SAPA VALLEY > CAT CAT VILLAGE (B, L, D)
The tour bus driver will pick up guests from the hotel in Hanoi around 06:30–06:45 AM for the journey to Sapa via the highway. The distance is approximately 320 km and the journey takes about 5.5 hours, including a comfort break along the way for rest and relaxation. Upon arrival in Sapa, the local guide will meet you and escort you to the hotel for check-in and lunch.
After lunch, begin a walking tour to Cat Cat Village, an old village of the ethnic minorities, especially the Black H’Mong people. The village is about 30 minutes’ walk from Sapa town, and the trekking route is easy and scenic, offering beautiful views of rice terraces, waterfalls, and grazing water buffaloes. While visiting the village, you will see the peaceful rural scenery and gain insight into the daily life of the local ethnic community, including traditional activities such as fabric weaving. There will also be opportunities to purchase local handicrafts, traditional souvenirs, and snacks from villagers along the way.
At the end of Cat Cat Village, you may also try the Rainbow Slide, a fun downhill slide activity. This activity is optional and payable on the spot (approximately RM10 per ride).
After the visit, return to the hotel to freshen up, followed by dinner at a local restaurant.
Overnight stay in Sapa.
DAY 03: SAPA > FANSIPAN MOUNTAIN > MOANA SAPA (B, L)
The guide will meet guests at around 08:00 AM and escort you to walk to Sun Plaza Station in Sapa to board the Muong Hoa Mountain Train to Sun World Fansipan Legend. The Fansipan Combo Package includes the Muong Hoa train ticket, cable car ride, entrance fees, funicular ride to the peak of Fansipan, and buffet lunch at the restaurant. Guests normally spend about 4 hours here enjoying the spectacular mountain scenery and attractions.
At Sun World Fansipan Legend, highlights include the Highest Flagpole in Indochina, a tram ride up to the Fansipan peak, and a complex of 11 Buddhist spiritual sites. Among the most impressive landmarks are the Great Buddha Statue, the highest bronze Buddha statue in Vietnam standing 21.5m tall at over 3000m altitude, and the Guan Yin Statue, a 12m-high bronze statue weighing 18 tons.
In the afternoon, continue to Moana Sapa, a popular photo spot featuring attractions such as the Infinity Swing, Bali Gate, Golden Hand sculpture, and panoramic views of the Hoàng Liên Sơn mountain range.
Dinner at your own arrangement.
DAY 04: SAPA TOWN WALKING TOUR > HANOI (B)
After breakfast, the appointed tour guide will gather guests as per the agreed schedule at the hotel’s lobby for a guided walking tour to Sapa town. We will visit the Sapa Town Square, Sapa Church, Sapa Culture Museum, and Sapa Market. Guests may enjoy free time and experience chilling at the famous Cong Caphe coffee shop at their own expense (not inclusive items in the tour package); you will have a chance to sip your coffee among beautiful landscapes: the clear blue sky, the lush green valley, and the white floating clouds. This coffee shop is famous for its high-quality drinks, beautiful interior, and friendly staff. Check out from the hotel by 12.00 PM and return to Hanoi. Transfer the guests back to the hotel, then the tour program, tour guide, and transport services end.
REMARKS:
Lunch and dinner are at self-arrangement today. The hotel is located in the tourist’s belt area, and there are many choices of restaurants available nearby to the hotel. The guests may enjoy meals in all kinds of restaurants with budgets from USD 5.00 to USD 20.00
DAY 05: FREE TIME TO EXPLORE HANOI > DEPART (B)
After breakfast, enjoy free time for self-arranged activities. Assemble as per the agreed schedule for transfer services to the airport, and flight home with “AN AWESOME HOLIDAY EXPERIENCE IN VIETNAM”.
