SUGGESTED TOURS FOR DAY 2 AND DAY 3

Suggestion 1: Visit The Highlands, Balinese Art Villages, The Active Kintamani Volcano & Ubud Palace

After breakfast proceed to Ubud, The Cultural, Artistic and Holistic Heart of Bali. This is a favorite destination for many thanks to being located in the Cool Highlands, with a slow-paced village lifestyle, and an overall laid-back atmosphere. Ubud is cooler and greener compared to Bali's southern coastal areas.
Explore Celuk, MAS Art Village & Sukuwati Art Market where one can witness the artisans in work.
Celuk is where you can find Incredible Gold and Silver Handicrafts at very low prices. Celuk craftsmen are known for their artistic skills in creating intricate designs and varying patterns. Most of them are jewelry such as necklaces, earrings, bracelets, broaches and many other Balinese accessories and adornments.
Mas Art Village is a center for high-quality Balinese woodcarvings and is considered to be one of the Best Woodcarving Places in the World.
Sukawati Art Market is Bali’s most distinguished Art Market, where you can find and buy distinctively Balinese art items such as paintings and sculpted wooden figures, curios, handicrafts and traditional handmade products.
Next proceed to Tampak Siring or Tirta Empul Temple, a Sacred Bali Holy Water Temple, built around a sacred spring. There are fine carvings and Garudas on the courtyard buildings. The temple and its two bathing spots have been used by the Balinese for over a 1000 years for good health and prosperity; as the spring water is said to have curing powers.
Stop for lunch in Kintamani, with A Breathtaking View Of An Active Volcano And Lake Batur.
Thereafter visit the Bali Coffee Plantations, Kopi Luwak, is one of the World's most Expensive Coffee. It is made from the beans of coffee berries which have been eaten by the Asian Palm Civet (Paradoxurus hermaphroditus) and other related civets. The belief is that the digestive enzymes remove the acidity from the coffee beans, resulting in a smoother cup of coffee.
Next stop is at Tegalalang Rice Terrace, one of the Most Beautiful Rice Terraces in Asia.
Proceed thereafter to Ubud Royal Palace,(Puri Saren Agung). The palace's front section with its gardens and carvings is a visual delight, while international events on art, music and literature are held inside, making this place a cultural repository of Ubud. Next walk across to the Ubud Traditional Market, this is a great place to find beautiful silk scarves, lightweight shirts, statues, kites, handmade woven bags, baskets or hats and many other hand-crafted goods which price is relatively cheap.

Suggestion 2: Visit Taman Ayun And Explore The Mountainous Bedugul Region + Bali’s Most Scenic Sea Temple

After breakfast depart for the Beautiful Royal Temple, (Pura Taman Ayun) known as Bali’s Cultural Treasure. It is set surrounded by a big fish pond that looks like a drift on the water. Its name translates to the Garden Temple in the Water. It is a great place to marvel at the early and traditional Balinese architectural features that prevail on the island.
Next proceed to the highlands of the Mountainous Bedugul region in Bali Located on the shores of Lake Beratan, visit the mesmerizing Floating Temple (Pura Ulun Danu Beratan) This temple is dedicated to Dewi Danu, the Lake Goddess. The sight and cool atmosphere of the Bali uplands have made the lake and this temple a favourite sightseeing and photographed site.
Halt for Crispy Gurame Lunch at Secret Garden Village. Set on Top of the Balinese Rural Mountains, the architecture of Secret Garden Village is a retelling of what Indonesian stage-houses could be in the middle of its beautiful natural site.
Next proceed to Bali’s Most Scenic Sea Temple, Tanah Lot Temple which is a Balinese Hindu temple on the rock located in the middle of sea. It is probably the most photographed temple on the island. It has been part of the Balinese mythology for centuries. It is one of seven sea temples around the island. It is said, at the base of the rocky island, venomous sea snakes are believed to guard the temple from evil spirits and intruders and the temple is protected by a giant snake. This is one of Bali's most important landmarks, which is famed for its unique offshore setting and sunset backdrops.

Suggestion 3: Explore The Gateway Of Heaven | Visit The Gardens Of Tirtha Ganga | Stroll Into The Rice Paddies

After breakfast depart for the Gateway of Heaven (Pura Lempuyang Temple an Ancient Mountain Temple in the East of Bali. This place has recently become famous due to countless photos posted on Instagram. A highlight on any travel itinerary for the fit and adventurous, the main temple lies at 1,175 metres above sea level, on the peak of the namesake Mount Lempuyang in East Bali. The heights are reachable via a steep staircase of over 1,700 steps, with attractions along the way that include several other temples and hordes of grey long-tailed macaques that inhabit the surrounding cool mountain forests. For those unwilling to take on the ascent up to the peak you can still enjoy the splendid views at the grand Pura Penataran Agung temple at the foot of the mountain. It’s the first to come into view on the way up and offers an impressive sight with its towering dragon staircases – perfect for photos. The best views are higher up the stairs, where you can see all across the green forested slopes and to neighbouring Mount Agung, Bali’s highest peak.
After lunch at Le grande proceed to Tirtha Gangga, a Water Palace in Bali which was a former royal palace that’s been turned into beautiful gardens. Owned and maintained by the royal Karangasem family, the lavish water gardens feature 1.2 hectares of pools, ponds and fountains surrounded by neatly cut lawns that are adorned with stepping stones, ornate statues and tropical gardens. It saw a series of restorations following the destructive hot showers of volcanic ash from the Mount Agung eruption in 1963. The hiking around Tirta Gangga is excellent. Take a short Stroll into the Scenic Rice Paddies on your own along a well beaten track.
