After breakfast at hotel, embark on a comprehensive guided walking tour of Istanbul, the unique city straddling two continents. Discover the grandeur of Topkapi Palace, the former residence of Ottoman sultans, and visit the iconic Hagia Sophia (exterior visit only), a masterpiece that reflects the city’s layered history. Lunch included at the local restaurant. |

Continue to the magnificent Blue Mosque, admired for its elegant architecture and impressive domes, before exploring the historic Hippodrome, once the center of ancient chariot races. After breakfast at hotel, discover more of Istanbul’s cultural treasures with visits to the elegant Rüstem Paşa Mosque, a 16th-century masterpiece in Eminönü renowned for its exquisite İznik tilework and designed by the legendary architect Mimar Sinan for Grand Vizier Rüstem Paşa. Lunch at local restaurant is included. |

Continue to the vibrant Spice Bazaar, one of the city’s oldest markets, where the air is filled with the aromas of spices, herbal remedies, and traditional delicacies. Later, enjoy a scenic Bosphorus boat trip, cruising between Europe and Asia while passing iconic landmarks such as Beylerbeyi Palace and picturesque waterfront mansions along the strait. |

After breakfast at hotel, Begin tour at Devrent Valley, famous for its whimsical fairy chimneys, and continue to Paşabağ (Monk’s Valley), home to some of the region’s most intriguing mushroom-shaped rock formations. Visit the historic town of Avanos, known for its pottery and scenic riverside views, and explore the Goreme Open-Air Museum, where ancient rock-cut churches and Christian settlements have stood the test of time. Lunch at local restaurant is included. |

After breakfast at the hotel, set off for another exciting day in Cappadocia, beginning with an exploration of the stunning Red Valley, where you can discover unique rock-cut churches and enjoy a 5 km hike through the picturesque Güllüdere Valley. Next, visit Cavusin Village, known for its historic homes and churches once inhabited by Christian clergy. |
